Returns Policy

Damages and issues:

 

In cases of unavailability, Tara Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders before delivery after they have been processed by the client will attract a 10% administration fee. Damaged goods will allow for a full refund or replacement only if an image proof of the damaged goods is provided within 7 days from the delivery date, provided that the damage is not the result of wrongdoing by a customer or user of this website or the services.

 

Non-returnable items:

 

We do not accept items for return or issue a refund if those items were not purchased through this website or online store, nor do we allow returns or refunds for any used products. No exceptions are made for products that have already been used rather than returned due to damage.

Exchanges and refunds:

 

Should your product be damaged or defective, not due to your own wrongdoing, you may elect for an exchange to receive a new replacement product of the same kind, or you may request a full refund.
